1. Introduction

Welcome to ERPBlox ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ERPBlox website (erpblox.com), including the purchase and use of software modules, themes, and related products ("Products") available through our platform.

By accessing our website or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

2.1. To purchase Products, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify your identity through our email verification process.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. ERPBlox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Products & Licensing

3.1. Products available on ERPBlox are Odoo modules and themes developed by ERPBlox or third-party sellers ("Sellers").

3.2. Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in accordance with the license tier you purchased (Standard, Professional, VIP, or Diamond).

3.3. Each license tier includes specific features, support duration, and upgrade rights as described on the Product detail page at the time of purchase.

3.4. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code of any purchased Product without prior written consent from the Product owner.

3.5. Products are provided for use with compatible Odoo versions as specified on the Product page. Compatibility with future Odoo versions is not guaranteed unless included in your license tier.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Prices may be subject to discounts or promotions at ERPBlox's discretion. Discounted prices are valid only during the promotion period.

4.3. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (PayPal, credit/debit cards). ERPBlox does not store your payment card details.

4.4. Upon successful payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your order details and a downloadable invoice (PDF).

4.5. All sales are final once the Product has been downloaded, except as described in our Refund Policy (Section 5).

5. Refund Policy

5.1. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The Product does not function as described on the Product page.
  • The Product contains critical bugs that prevent normal operation and the Seller has not resolved them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The Product is incompatible with the Odoo version specified on the Product page.

5.2. Refund requests must be submitted to support@erpblox.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

5.3. Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after download.
  • Incompatibility with custom or modified Odoo installations.
  • Issues caused by third-party modules or server configurations.

5.4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Support

6.1. Support is provided by the Product Seller, not by ERPBlox, unless the Product is developed by ERPBlox directly.

6.2. Support duration and scope depend on the license tier purchased (e.g., 3 months for Standard, 1 year for VIP).

6.3. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and bug fixes related to the Product. It does not include custom development, server setup, or Odoo core issues.

7. Downloads & Updates

7.1. After purchase, you may download the Product from your account or the Product detail page.

7.2. Updates and version upgrades are available based on your license tier. Standard licenses may not include free version upgrades.

7.3. ERPBlox is not responsible for data loss or system issues resulting from installing or updating Products. Always back up your system before installation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All Products remain the intellectual property of their respective Sellers or ERPBlox.

8.2. Your purchase grants you a usage license only, not ownership of the source code or intellectual property.

8.3. The ERPBlox brand, logo, and website design are the property of ERPBlox and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2. Your email address may be used to send purchase confirmations, download links, and important account notifications.

9.3. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive product announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. ERPBlox provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2. ERPBlox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Products purchased through our platform.

10.3. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product shall not exceed the purchase price of that Product.

11. Modifications

11.1. ERPBlox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

11.2. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
